This Is Late But I Don't Care

Isiah Thomas is leaving quite a legacy in Madison Square Garden. But the Knicks' coach is apparently leaving a legacy at home as well. His 19-year-old son was arrested for underage drinking.

Joshua Thomas - known more awesomely as DJ Zeke - was arrested early last Tuesday after being treated at a Bloomington, Indiana hospital for a swollen eye. He allegedly became "belligerent" when police were asking him about how he got the injury - which came while drinking at a bar with a fake I.D. Witnesses said that Thomas, a student at Indiana University, was asked by an unidentified man if he were gay and when Thomas replied, "No," the man hit him with either a fist or a bottle.

People in Bloomington and I agree, fists look a lot like glass bottles. Regardless, Little Zeke was arrested on misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct, illegal consumption of alcohol, being a minor in a tavern and for his father shitting all over the Knicks franchise. I may or may not have made up one of those charges.

Homgren Returns

I know I’m a little late on this, but Mike Holmgren announced Tuesday that he’ll be returning for one more season with the Seahawks. “This will be my last year,” he said. “We are going to make it the best year ever.”

The 59-year-old veteran of 16 seasons as an NFL head coach announced his decision Tuesday to fulfill the final year of his contract, after spending the weekend with his wife at their offseason Arizona home.

It took a whole weekend at home with his wife for him to realize he didn’t want to be there. That's sweet.

T.O. Picks Up Something...Interesting

Dallas fans might soon be kicking themselves for the way they treated Jessica Simpson. And by that I mean they might be pining after her non-diseased ass.

Wide receiver Terrell Owens was spotted exchanging numbers with...wait for it...Paris Hilton on Tuesday. The heirhead celebutard retard was in Texas promoting her new "comedy" The Hottie and the Nottie (wait until it comes on cable) and she threw an after-party at the W Hotel in Highland Park Village. T.O. was in attendance and Perez Hilton says the two were seen exchanging diseases phones and typing in numbers.

Texas Stadium will implode before letting Paris Hilton taint its seats.

Take THAT, Dallas!

Dallas Cowboy fans should knock it off, because now they've pissed off John Mayer, and nothing's scarier than a soulful guitar player with wavy lockes a mediocre singing voice...especially when he's angry.

Mayer may not have the same flair as Crissy Crocker, but that didn't stop him from sticking up for his ex, Jessica Simpson. In a stern letter to Dallas fans, some of whom blame Simpson's relationship with Tony Romo for the team's loss Sunday, Mayer urges them to direct their anger elsewhere. From "Don't Ex With Texas":

Dear Dallas and Surrounding Areas,
this isn't a sports blog, and it isn't a publicity stunt. This is about doing what I think is right as a person, in this case speaking my mind. I have never known anyone to have more pride in their home state and their upbringing in it than Jessica Simpson has in Texas. That girl loves Texas more than you know. It's one of her most defining traits as a person. So please don't try and take that away from her.
